Once again, their star quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='157515' first='Chance' last='Wilson'] would lead the Eagles to an impressive win. They beat Cascia Hall 42-27 and kept them at arms length throughout the evening. Wilson was a big reason behind that as he would throw for over 300 yards and two touchdowns and he also ran for over 100 yards and three touchdowns. Wilson showed why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the state and that began on the opening drive of the game.

Rejoice Christian would get the ball first and facing 3rd and 10, Wilson would uncork a bomb to fellow senior [player_tooltip player_id='435264' first='Bryce' last='Revard'] for a 65 yard touchdown, not even 30 seconds into the game. Rejoice would go up 7-0 and they would never trail in this one. Cascia Hall would tie things up in the first quarter after picking off Wilson and two plays later, [player_tooltip player_id='382983' first='Baxter' last='Robertson'] got loose for a 23 yard touchdown. But Rejoice would respond with another lengthy Wilson pass, this time a 49-yarder to [player_tooltip player_id='287384' first='Solomon' last='Morton'] and on the next play, Drevin Reed would score from 12 yards out.

Morton would come up big again early in the second quarter when he would pick off Cascia quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='370215' first='Cooper' last='Lai'] and that set up a big 4th down conversion pass and on the next play, Wilson would score his first of three rushing touchdowns on the evening. Cascia Hall responded to that with a drive taking up seven minutes, featuring multiple 3rd down conversions, a 4th down conversion and ended with Lai scoring from two yards out with just over a minute to play before halftime. But that was enough time for Rejoice to strike again. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='294265' first='Cale' last='Marley'] would return the kick 59 yards and Wilson would score from five yards out with just five seconds to go to put the Eagles up 28-14 going into halftime.

The Eagles had all the momentum and it continued from there in the third quarter. Cascia got the ball first but would be forced to punt, that would actually be the only punt on Friday night. Rejoice faced 3rd and 31 and Wilson connected with sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='215030' first='Cooper' last='Auschwitz'] on a 55 yard pass and a few plays later, Wilson rumbled in from three yards out. And with a 35-14 lead with 3:44 left in the third quarter, it was going to be tough for Cascia Hall to catch up with their rushing attack on offense. Cascia would score on their next drive but Rejoice immediately responded. Wilson connected with Revard again, this time on a 45 yard touchdown on the second play of the final quarter to put Rejoice up 42-21. Cascia would score again but the hole was too deep.

Both teams play incredibly tough non-district schedules. Cascia Hall now turns their attention to a road game against Berryhill next week. Meanwhile Rejoice will square off with Beggs in one of the marquee 2A match-ups this year. That's #3 Rejoice hosting #2 Beggs. Below, we take a look at some of the top performers from Rejoice Christian. Stay tuned to Prep Redzone Oklahoma later today for a look at some of the top performers from Cascia Hall.

REJOICE CHRISTIAN TOP PERFORMERS
