In this special preview, we will explore the Top New England Freshman (c/o2026), we have eyes on that could crack the Varsity lineup during the Fall 2022 season. Every year we see young rising athletes that have freakish physical traits and skill sets coming out of middle school. These same athletes are usually capable of already passing the college Coaches' famous "eye test". It's happening more and more each year. We do recognize that the vast majority will still need to develop technically, however, we have seen many already have the mindset and competitive ability to compete at the varsity level. Our Prep Redzone Next National Scouting Director "Al Pops", has evaluated many of these athletes during their youth playing years and now we will be sure to keep you posted on their recruitment through High school.

If any of these following New England rising freshmen do see Varsity action this fall, they will surely be getting an earlier start in their recruiting process than many in their class. Therefore, we feel these same athletes could become national prospects well before their junior campaigns. We will begin with a two-part series list of these athletes that includes an evaluation. We may have to expand with to a third part from the increase of names we have been informed of by many coaches. This will be determined at a later date. The following information is given in no specific order.

The past spring 2022 he earned the MVP at the Under Armour camp in Baltimore, he's a great combination of lean muscle and quickness off the edge and one can expect nothing short of a dominating performance if he gets the opportunity to see Varsity action. u0022D. Funku0022 skill set has already earned him an invite to the FBU All American game this coming December 2022 . He then earned his first offer from Boston College this past summer. His brother Jack is a freshmen offensive lineman at Boston College. He also went to camp at Notre Dame and Northwestern this summer 2022. After the Notre Dame camp, he was invited back to ND in July for the recruiting BBQ by the defensive line coach, Al Washington who took notice of his talents. After his Northwestern camp performance, he was invited up into Head Coach Pat Fitzgerald's office and was given a tour of the facility thereafter. Projected to be a national recruit by senior year. We do believe he will play at the Varsity level this season.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"align":"","mode":"preview"} /-->
