Florida’s Top 5 Passing Leaders Through Week 2

[player_tooltip player_id='128312' first='Michael' last='Grant']- Maclay High c/o 23</strong></em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p id="E15"><strong><em>6'3 190lbs</em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p id="E17">Grant is a name to get to know quickly in 2022. Through 2 weeks he's leading the state in passing yards throwing for 643 yards, completing 72% of his passes, with 9 touchdowns. He has a QB rating of 148 and is averaging 321 yards passing per game. He's also added 22 yards rushing. Grant displays the intelligence (3.98 GPA) to read defenses quickly and knows where to go with the ball with accuracy. Does a good job getting beyond his first read. The Valdosta State commit has thrown for 599 yards, completing an outstanding 70% of his passes with 4 touchdowns. He has a QB rating of 97 and averages throwing for 299 yards per game. He also has added 36 yards rushing. Turner displays good for footwork and a smooth delivery. He has Patriots off to a 3-0 record and has passed for 597 yards, completing 71% of his passes with nine touchdowns through the air. He has a QB rating of 143.8 and is averaging 199 yards a game. You can also beat you with his legs rushing for 96 yards and averaging 18 yards per carry with two rushing touchdowns! Murphy there's a really good dual threat quarterback that shows a quick release, possesses a lot of poise and doesn't get rattled. The University of Virginia commit has picked up right where he left off last season and has passed for 594 yards, completing 60% of his passes with three touchdowns. He has a QB rating of 73.9 and averages 297 yards per game. He also has rushed for 70 yards and averages 7.8 yards per carry. Bailey engineers a very good offense for Prep Redzone Florida's 2nd ranked team. He led the Lions to a big 49-28 win last week over 21st ranked Fort Lauderdale Dillard. Through two games Bailey has shown Improvement in all areas passing for 578 yards, completing 69% of his passes with five touchdowns through the air. He has a QB rating of 116 and is averaging 289 yards per game. He's also rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown.
