He shows good vision as he finds the running lane quickly. He displays very good power and contact balance breaking tackles from LB as he gets the 1st down or scores in the red zone. He is a reliable receiver in the passing game as he runs swing and flat routes before making the catch with his hands. His play helped Hamilton defeat Middletown and improve to 2-1. He plays as a DE. Against the run, he uses his excellent play strength and hand use to shed the block from the OT. He shows good play speed in pursuit before making the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL. Against the pass, he shows great speed off the edge as he quickly penetrates the LOS. He delivers the ball with very good arm strength and accuracy on short and intermediate routes placing the ball on the correct shoulder maximizing YAC. He delivers the deep ball with very good accuracy and touch. He lines up in the slot. He uses his good athletic ability to separate from DB in off coverage on seam routes. He tracks the ball well in the air before making the catch. He uses his good play speed after the catch to score easily. He shows good play strength and form as he makes the tackle preventing a gain of significant yardage. Against the pass, he shows good play speed to get into the backfield quickly.
