He is a great tackler and sets a nice edge from the OLB position. He has the speed to play sideline to sideline. He is a good blitzer on the edge with good bend back to the QB. Drops quickly into coverage and cancels the flats. He is tough on crossers and gets physical with the underneath routes. He plays with a nasty streak and buries defenders when he latches on. He has advanced technique in the run and pass. His stance is flexible and he moves well the first couple of steps with proper posture. He is a good run blocker with devastating punch and really can run his feet in all directions. His pass pro is very good and he can handle some of the best DL in the area. He is tall, athletic, and can make all the throws. He is a real threat with his legs when he pulls it. He is dynamic in the open field and can score from anywhere. He throws a nice spiral and fits it into tight windows. He has great decision making and command of the offense. Impressive ability for a Junior to read the play through. He runs the top off the defense and blows by defenders. He runs great intermediate and short routes with great hip flip and snap. Catches the ball with his hands out in front of his body all the time. Jumps over defenders and attacks the ball. Can score every time he touches the ball. He deserves a look at D2 and D1 and will garner offers if he keeps up the pace he has started at. He has a lower center of gravity and great wiggle because of it. He is a tough runner inside and outside the tackles. He runs patiently and bursts through the crease. He can pull away with his speed in the secondary. He is great in the screen game and sets up the blocks well.
