I have been looking through a ton of it, and there are several impressive performances that show off the skill set of each athlete. Today, we are going to look at 10 of the most impressive offensive highlights. I will breakdown what the film shows us for each student athlete. Let’s get into it!
Stats: 9/15, 81 Passing Yds, 10 Carries, 103 Rushing Yds, 3 TDsrnAs you can see form the rankings, Mason is a talented DB prospect, and he gave more proof with an INT in Week One, but this week we are going to look at his work on offense. The 6’2″ 185 lbs athlete is a smooth mover. That is highlighted instantly in his film on the first play showing him slicing through the defense with cut that don’t cost him any speed. That speed allowed him to get to the edge when he pulled it on read options and beat defenders down the sideline. As a safety we get to see that speed, but it is nice to get a close look at the short area burst and agility that comes with carrying the ball on offense. The junior is going to be a two way problem this year for opponents. Mason’s Week One Highlights
Stats: 126 Rushing Yds, 1 TD, 1 Reception, 39 Yds, 1 TDrnCortez picked up in Week One right where he left off in 2021. With an overpowering performance that quickly put the game out of reach by halftime. In doing so, Cortez was able to show off his skill set. His highlights instantly show off his three down ability when he takes the screen to the house. His carries early in the film show off his insane vision and change of direction between the tackles. He is making people miss in a phone booth. It looks like here is no room to move, yet he somehow gets through the trash untouched. Click on the 2:20 highlights below, and you will see why he is the #1 uncommitted RB in the state. Don’t miss out! Cortez’s Week One Highlights

Ryder Lesage
Ryder Lesage
Stats: 7 Receptions, 89 Yards, 1 TDrnThe 5’11 165 lbs WR is a quick twitch, elusive slot WR. His seven receptions highlight his change of direction and acceleration. That acceleration came in handy on his TD where he caught the screen and was able to burst into the endzone before the defense could collapse on him. Ryder is also a solid route runner. Good start to his senior season. D3 programs should take a peak at his highlights. Ryder’s Week One Highlights
Stats: 20 Carries, 157 Rushing Yds, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 23 Receiving Yds, 1 TDrnMarco has flipped to the offensive side of the ball this fall. One week in and the stats have it looking like an effective change up from his former LB position. That is saying a lot considering his LB ranking above. The 6’2″ 180 lbs RB has 4.5 speed, and ball carrier vision to make that speed even more dangerous because he sees the filed and his blocks really well for his first game toting the rock consistently. His most impressive trait is his power and contact balance. Marco repeatedly proved that he can absorb hits, and will move the pile before going down. Plymouth has found a kid they can lean on on offense this season. Keep an eye on the junior. I believe he can still play LB at the next level as well.
Week 1 vs Sheboygan North
165 yards total, 2 TDs
140 yards rushing on 20 attempts (7.0 YPC), 1 rushing TD
25 yards receiving on 3 catches, 1 receiving TDhttps://t.co/hBCIJau9IF— Marco Troka (@marco_troka) August 20, 2022

Stats: 131 Passing Yds, 3 Tds, 75 Rushing YdsrnThe 6′ 180 lbs QB has definitely put on good size this offseason. He looks more well put together, and it has translated to an increase in velocity on his passes. The ball jumped out of his hand on multiple attempts last Friday. The dual threat also proved that his athleticism can help him make his own plays or create time in the pocket with his ability to make defenders miss while keeping his eyes downfield. It was a great start to his senior campaign. Make sure to check back in on Tanner early this season. He has improved this offseason.
Week 1 win over Menominee Falls!

Stats: 121 Total Yards, 1 Receiving TD, 1 Passing TDrnThe 5’8″ 160 lbs WR isn’t the biggest, but the junior made a big impact for the reigning D2 State Champs. The slot receiver has impressive straight line speed, and body control to cut on a dime. It led to him getting big cushions that he ate up when stretching the field. He is a savvy route runner who will use head fakes to get DBs to bite and then leave them in the dust. That is exactly how hes cored his TD. I am comfortable saying that the undersized athlete can play at the next level. D3s should definitely know his name.

Stats: 21 Carries, 216 Rushing Yds, 3 TDs, 3 Receptions, 46 Receiving YdsrnThe most productive RB in WI hasn’t missed a beat. Even his highlights waste little time catching your eyes. Play one you see him run through contact, and flash the speed down the sideline. We are also seeing more of his abilities as a receiver. There aren’t many questions surrounding the 6’1″ 190 lbs RB. He is so strong, well balanced, and he able to stay on the field in every situation. The traits all look like they took a step forward this offseason. We are in for some amazing performances form the RB this fall. The next level needs to familiarize themselves with him. Blake holds a few D2 offers, but more will be on the way with what he is putting on tape.
Great team win last night! Here are my stats:
21 Carries for 216 Yards
3 Touchdowns
3 Receptions for 46 yards https://t.co/MDOKEDidMj@MJ_NFLDraft @travisWSN @JoeBeschorner— Blake Schraufnagel (@bschraufnagel20) August 20, 2022
Stats: 171 Passing Yds, 4 TDsrnThe massive 6’4″ 230 lbs signal caller has clearly been working on his mechanics this past offseason. His motion and release are far more compact than they were last season. This leads to the ball coming out quicker, and with more velocity than he had last year. The arm strength is still there too. Even without his feet set he can get the ball 30+ yards downfield just with this arm. Ethan’s footwork looks more natural this season as well. The improvements have me excited for Ethan. I think we could see him start have a breakout senior season.

Stats: 190 Total Yards, 2 TDsrnThe name of the game is speed, and Connor is really good at the game. Doyle plays faster than everyone around him, and it made him a problem in Week One. Oconomowoc kept getting him the ball out in space and on the edge allowing him to have the space to create big play after big play. he is one of the steals here in WI. I don’t see any offers for him. A kid with legitimate sub 4.5 40 speed needs the spotlight shined on him. Check out the film from this week. He is a game breaker.
Week 1 ❗️❗️

Stats: 5 Receptions, 131 Yds, 2 TDsrnThe 6’3″ 200 lbs WR started the season as hot as you could hope for. He is a big target with the long speed to get deep, and then go get it for his QB at the highest point. The possession WR played out of the slot, and was able to find the soft spots in the short to intermediate range. After the catch, he used his superior size to power for extra yards before going down. I really like how they used him to attack every level of the field, and he was able to do it successfully. His route running, soft hands, and size gave him the advantage all night long on Friday.
