Roch Cholowsky Roch Cholowsky 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Hamilton | 2023 State AZ , Hamilton ’23
Cholowsky is a standout baseball player at Hamilton, but will get a chance to prove himself as a top tier QB in Arizona after backing up Nicco Marchiol (West Virginia) for the past 2 seasons. We’ve seen some impressive flashes from Cholowsky, inluding the 2020 open division state playoffs where he tookover for the injured Marchiol to get Hamilton to the championship. Smart kid that flashes a nice football IQ that has shown the ability to process reads and get the ball out quick. He holds a lone football offer from New Mexico State, but has the potential to see some late offers come through barring he plays to his potential.
Kaden Zordani, Horizon ’23
Zordani will take over for the regining 5A champs after the departure of standout Skyler Partridge (Nebraska Wesleyan). He sizes up with a nice frame and build at 6’3″ 190lbs and has flashed numeorus pro-style intangibles that he could put together and takeoff in 2022. He played JV after sitting 5 games due to the tranfer rule in 2021, but absolutely lit it up. He showcased good artm strength with the ability to use velocity or throw with touch to stretch the field. He did a great job understanding soft spots and timing against various coverages. He could definitely be prone for a big senior season.
Noah Trigueros Noah Trigueros 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Notre Dame Prep | 2024 State AZ , Notre Dame Prep ’24
Trigueros comes in at 6’1″ 185lbs and will take over for Braden Wells (Northern State).Dual-threat ability that has the potential to be that game changer for NDP and ignite his recruiting stock this fall. He does a solid job selling play action from under center and delivering off platform throws with timing and accuracy. Good poise for a young prospect while standing tall in the pocket scanning the field, and delivers with a smooth release with the ability to fit throws into tight windows. He did a pretty good job of being patient for routes to devlop while understanding coverages, and I think he’s about to take a massive leap and establish himself here in 2022.
Charlie McGinnis Charlie McGinnis 6'3" | 205 lbs | QB Brophy College Preparatory | 2024 AZ , Brophy ’24
McGinnis will take over at Brophy for EJ Warner (Temple) and is another kid who has big potential to see his stock spark up. 6’3″ 205lb frame with solid arm strength to stretch the field vertically. Smooth footwork and poise in the pocket and he does a good job going through progression, and has flashed the ability to fit throws in with velocity and timing. He’s also shown the ability to buy time when the pocket breaks down and find receivers downfield. Overall McGinnis posseses numerous intangibles and will have a major opportunity at a contender 6A school.
Hezekiah Millender Hezekiah Millender 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Desert Edge | 2025 GA , Desert Edge ’25
Millender will take over for Adryan Lara (Kansas State) and will have some big shoes to fill, but has all the potential in the world to do so. Just a flat out super impressive athlete that possesses game changer ability that brings a ton of energy to the field. Dual-threat QB that is a big play threat every time he takes off given his twitch, COD and top end speed. He did a good job as a freshman reading various coverages and knowing where to go with the ball. Millender can use velocity or touch and frequently delivers throws with solid placement. He’s going to be a special player to watch the next 3 seasons and projects to see the flood gates open with offers relatively soon.
