This is going to be a long series of new additions to our rankings to make sure that each young man is highlighted. That being said, there are P5 caliber recruits down to D3/JUCO recruits. The moral of the story, each of these young men did the work and deserved a spot in our rankings. We’re here to highlight their hard work. Without further ado, let’s take a look at Pt. 7 of our New Additions to the 24’ Rankings.
Mason Boles Mason Boles 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Eureka | 2024 IL Twitter
Mr. Boles flashes his ability to turn the corner and uses his foot quicks to gain a step on the 2nd level defenders breaking a long run in the process. This young man has some shiftiness to him as well as being able to weave in/out of defenders in open space both in the run game and in the air attack. What stands out most about this young man is his ability to hit the running lanes hard once they open up both on outside and inside the tackle runs. Overall, he’s an interesting prospect that has the potential to be a big threat both in the air and ground attack. Keep a close eye on this young man this fall season.
Mikeshun Beeler Mikeshun Beeler 6'3" | 260 lbs | DL Simeon | 2024 State IL Twitter
Mr. Beeler works as a 7 tech where he flashes his quickness out of his stance to disrupt plays in the backfield both in run support and in his speed rush off the edge. What stands out about this young man is how he continues to work through the whistle even if he’s blocked initially which puts him in a position to make a play on the ball. I’m very interested to see how this young man produces this fall with all of the flashes he showcases in his film below. Overall, this young man can find success as a 7 tech defensive end as well as a 3-4 outside linebacker. Time will tell which one he molds into at the next level.
Dillon Coen Twitter
Mr. Coen works as a 7 tech defensive end that flashes his quick first step and quickness out of his stance. This young man uses this both in his pass rush to get past the offensive lineman and in run support to slip blocks to meet the ball carrier at the line of scrimmage for no gain. What stands out about this young man is his ability to run stunts to hit the A gap getting a free release on the quarterback where he then comes away with the sack. Overall, with the flashes he showcases in his highlights below he has untapped potential yet to come to light and I look forward to seeing how he produces this fall season.
Jack McGeehan Jack McGeehan 6'3" | 270 lbs | OL St. Laurence | 2024 IL Twitter
Mr. McGeehan can work across the offensive line as a tackle or as a guard, both of which he can put the linebacker on his back when he has a free shot on the 2nd level defenders. This young man showcases his ability to deliver a strong punch at the point of attack where he can jolt the defender upright and finish plays by driving his feet through the whistle. He also flashes his ability to absorb rushing defenders in pass protection by anchoring at the point of attack as well as being quick out of his stance to gain inside hand placement. Overall, this is a young man that has been honing his craft this off season and could very well see his stock rise with the way he produces this fall.
Chris Montell Chris Montell 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB Lemont Highschool | 2024 IL Twitter
Mr. Montell flashes his ability to get the ball out quickly when running RPOs, standing strong in the pocket when there’s a defender in his face, and adding a touch on level 2 throws. What I’m interested to see moving forward is the way his deep ball develops with his accuracy and precision. When he runs the option and finds the alley he uses his foot quicks to hit it hard and break long runs for six – I’m interested to see not only how his skill set transitions to the Varsity level but also what his 40 time is. Overall, this young man is a threat when running RPOs and has the ability to become a legit dual threat QB.
Tristian Parish Tristian Parish 6'2" | 250 lbs | DL Minooka | 2024 IL Twitter
Mr. Parish works as a 1 tech defensive tackle and as a 3 tech too. Both of which he flashes his ability to use his bull rush to generate pressure on the quarterback, slipping run blocks to disrupt plays in the backfield, and coming away with sacks. This young man can also drive the offensive lineman back before disengaging to secure the tackle in the backfield as well as having active hands to disrupt plays in the backfield. Overall, this young man flashes his skill set in his highlight below and I’m interested to see how much of his potential comes to light this fall season.
