The state of Washington is on a different level from a recruiting standpoint in the Northwest. Referenced here is a general overview of the state’s top recruits versus Oregon. I’m looking forward to doing more work in the state of Washington. The athletes and communities continually represent and provide one of the best football environments nationwide. Have a look.. DEFENSE WASHINGTON- Featured [player_tooltip player_id="87402" first="Jayden" last="Wayne"] 6-5 245 DE Lincoln OFFERS (47) Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, Notre Dame, Michigan etc.. One of the top players in America and a future Sunday guy. The 5* recruit had 16 tackles for loss and 9 sacks in 8 games last season, and projects as one of the top defensive players ever to come out of the NW. [player_tooltip player_id="87405" first="Caleb" last="Presley"] 6-0 180 CB Rainier Beach OFFERS (29) Alabama, Oregon, Michigan St, Texas A/M, Oklahoma.. The 4* All American ranks as one of the top 10-15 DBs in the country. Look for him to play early wherever he ends up. [player_tooltip player_id="87403" first="Jasiah" last="Wagoner"] 6-0 170 CB Spanaway Lake OFFERS (14) Texas, Miami, Washington, Cal, Oregon.. Very similar to Presley in that they are two of the top DBs in America. He broke out early in his career, with 4 INTs as a freshman and never looked back. [player_tooltip player_id="155553" first="Andre" last="Jordan"] 6-1 165 CB Federal Way OFFERS (5) Oregon, Oregon St, VA Tech, Arizona.. One of the fastest rising recruits in the NW who just landed an offer from the Ducks. He could have most of the PAC 12 before he is done. [player_tooltip player_id="87410" first="Isaiah" last="Carlson"] 6-1 205 LB Ferndale OFFERS (5) Oregon, St, Wash St, Cal, Arizona.. Carlson projects at LB but might have had a better year offensively, averaging 7.3 yards per carry with 9 TDs. His film still leaves questions specific to the 4* status. [player_tooltip player_id="87409" first="Jonathan" last="Landry"] 5-11 170 CB Evergreen OFFERS (8) Virginia, Idaho, UNLV, Utah St, Nevada.. Landry projects at CB but is versatile enough to be an offensive guy and/or a return man at the highest level. He was another athlete who excelled at the Varsity level as a freshman. [player_tooltip player_id="155548" first="Gabe" last="Tahir"] 6-1 175 CB Kamiakin OFFERS (5) Penn St, Nevada, E. Washington, Army, Air Force.. Tahir excelled on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard from a young age. Expect a big year as his upside is off the charts. [player_tooltip player_id="333661" first="Roman" last="Hutchison"] 6-2 175 S Federal Way OFFERS (2) Arizona, Army.. Hutchison is a multi-sport standout who brings a lot to the table, specific to his overall athleticism. The 3* 1st team all-league Safety will most likely add other PAC 12 offers before he is done. [player_tooltip player_id="155551" first="Kyle" last="Chen"] 6-1 180 CB Mountain View OFFERS (8) Colorado, Penn St, Minnesota, Air Force, Army.. Chen has the necessary size and tools to be an elite DB at the next level. He is physical kid who has excelled on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard, similar to Tahir. [player_tooltip player_id="155580" first="David" last="Wells"] 6-2 170 WR Lakes OFFERS (7) Colorado St, Nevada, E. Washington, Idaho, N. Arizona, Portland St.. Had a big Junior season totaling 1,372 all purpose yards, including 40 catches for 920 and 9 TDs (23.3 ypc). You will continue to hear a lot about him moving forward. [player_tooltip player_id="155560" first="Xe’Ree" last="Alexander"] 6-3 205 LB Kennedy Catholic OFFERS (3) Arizona St, Arizona, Idaho.. Brings great size and speed to the table. Also a standout wrestler. The 3* recruit can play and should add additional PAC12’s. OREGON [player_tooltip player_id="110176" first="Demarcus" last="Houston"] 6-2 185 CB West Albany OFFERS (1) Oregon St, Portland St [player_tooltip player_id="270063" first="Tristan" last="Davis"] 6-7 235 DE Wilsonville OFFERS (3) Arizona, Colorado, Nevada [player_tooltip player_id="110182" first="Chip" last="Allers"] 6-3 215 OLB Summit [player_tooltip player_id="147240" first="Richie" last="Anderson"] 6-4 225 DE Tualatin OFFERS (3) Colorado St, Montana St, Portland St [player_tooltip player_id="110179" first="Drew" last="Rodriguez"] 6-2 195 S Sprague OFFERS (1) Portland St [player_tooltip player_id="270070" first="Calvin" last="Macy"] 6-2 200 WLB Lake Oswego OFFERS (3) E. Washington, Air Force, Columbia [player_tooltip player_id="205815" first="Tiger" last="Black"] 6-3 265 DL Roseburg OFFERS (2) Air Force, Army
