The state of Washington is on a different level from a recruiting standpoint in the Northwest. Referenced here is a general overview of the state’s top recruits versus Oregon. The 5* recruit had 16 tackles for loss and 9 sacks in 8 games last season, and projects as one of the top defensive players ever to come out of the NW. [player_tooltip player_id="87405" first="Caleb" last="Presley"] 6-0 180 CB Rainier Beach <strong>OFFERS (29) Alabama, Oregon, Michigan St, Texas A/M, Oklahoma..</strong> The 4* All American ranks as one of the top 10-15 DBs in the country. Look for him to play early wherever he ends up. [player_tooltip player_id="87403" first="Jasiah" last="Wagoner"] 6-0 170 CB Spanaway Lake <strong>OFFERS (14) Texas, Miami, Washington, Cal, Oregon..</strong>  Very similar to Presley in that they are two of the top DBs in America. He broke out early in his career, with 4 INTs as a freshman and never looked back. His film still leaves questions specific to the 4* status.
