The 6’2”175 lb. Oregon State signee is a well-rounded receiver with a good combination of athleticism, speed, and technique. He’s a creative route runner that has a strong release off the LOS and can sell his routes at the break point. Can smoothly get in and out of his breaks dropping his hip level and bursting out of his cuts. He’s a competitor that attacks the ball at the high point using his length and extension to haul in contested receptions. Good open field speed to stretch the field or run after the catch at the short and intermediate levels. Collected a combination of FCS and FBS before signing to his only P5 offer from Oregon State on Early Signing Day.

The Lakes HS offense is filled with quite a few talented players, some of which who are committed to play at power 5 schools. David is committed to play at Oregon State University next year after his high school season ends. He makes plays weekly, on both sides of the ball. Against Stadium HS, he compiled 112 receiving yards to go along with 3 touchdowns on the night. He’s the top rated wide receiver in the class according to PrepRedZone for a reason. He makes defenders miss tackles easily, catches passes in traffic, and could possibly have the best speed for his position in the class.
