<strong>THE LIONS</strong>
After starting the 2021 season with losses to Winter Park and Oviedo, this team started to put it into gear – winning seven of the final eight games and finished the year on a positive note.
Wins over Orlando Evans (21-20), Orlando Cypress Creek (37-0), Apopka Wekiva (19-13), Orlando Freedom (31-3), and three consecutive shutouts against Orlando Oak Ridge (35-0), Kissimmee Tohopekaliga (40-0) and Orlando East River (35-0) sent the Lions into the off-season with a feeling that 2022 could be special.
After a solid spring and several prospects coming back, this could be another year where things fall into place.
