Kentucky recently invited a few more athletes into what they call the #Brotherhood. Here’s a look at the 2026 Quarterbacks selected for Team Kentucky eighth grade.
Baylor Murphy | Boyle County
A 6-foot-1, 160-pound signal caller that brings a little bit of everything in his game. His arm strength is very promising for a prospect at this level. Operating primarily out of shotgun during his middle school career, he has the ability to throw over 50 yards with just a few a steps before launch. What’s more impressive is his ability to move the pocket by rolling out and/or keeping the chains moving with his legs. His style translates very well to what most modern day college offenses, look like.
Tyree Stoner | Louisville
The rich will get richer next fall when Stoner heads to duPont Manual High School, a team that finished No.12 in the state last year per MaxPreps. Stoner is a carbon copy of Lamar Jackson on the eighth grade level–both in his physical appearance and ability on the field. Stoner brings a true dual-threat style to the Quarterback position for Kentucky. At 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds, he’ll make you hold your breath on every play, because he can bust one at any time, from any where.
Wyatt Robbins | Murray
Coming off an arm injury this past November, Robbins rounds out the trio selected for the Kentucky Future Stars. Robbins, like Murphy above, is a prospect who can do a little bit of everything. At 6-foot-1 and 165 pounds he’s a very good overall athlete who also plays basketball and runs track. He’s been verified at 5.2 in the forty yard dash and has some encouraging weight room numbers. Also like his toughness and willingness to stand in the pocket and take a hit, if it creates a big play.
