Emerging Prospect Spotlight: Spring Edition

Last season he had 27 catches for 386 yards, average 14 yards per catch, with two receiving touchdowns. He also chipped in on defense with 1 interception. He gets it done in the classroom as well with an outstanding 4.5 GPA and a 1270 SAT score. Dual sport athlete that also runs track. I expect Gentile to be one of the best receivers in his district in 2022. He helped guide East Bay to an 8-3 record in 2021. He was third on the team in rushing with 582 yards, averaged over nine yards per carry with five rushing touchdowns and also was the team’s leading receiver with 23 catches for 367 yards, averaged 16 yards per reception with two touchdown catches. His versatility is evident and contributed on the defensive side of the ball with 38 tackles, and 1 int. He’s the team’s leading returning receiver with 18 catches for 364 yards, averaged an outstanding 20 yards per catch, with 6 receiving touchdowns. He can play on either side of the ball at the next level, and chipped in with 30 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 interception on the defensive side of the ball.
