2022 Dynamic Trio: Kellogg HS

<em><strong>Going into the 2022 season, these three players will lead Kellogg High School through the season and all have a shot at playing college football. He is accurate underneath while showing very good field awareness and can move defenders with his eyes on downfield throws. In the red zone, he can fit the ball into tight windows and throw his receivers open while not afraid to pull it and run when needed as he shows a good initial burst in the open field and can make defenders miss in space. During his Junior season, he showed impressive escapability in the pocket and can throw on the run while putting nice touch on sideline throws upfield. Tough to tackle, he has a deceptive burst after the catch and runs through arm tackles while looking for contact with the ball in his hands. He can make catches underneath while showing strong hands and the ability to turn it upfield for extra yardage. While blocking, he can get out in space and takes good angles to linebackers in the open field while a very high motor player. D-III+ schools should start showing interest in him as he moves through his senior season for Kellogg. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>WR/DB [player_tooltip player_id="336870" first="Kolby" last="Luna"], 2023</strong> [caption id="attachment_345559" align="alignleft" width="252"]<img class="size-medium wp-image-345559" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/redzone/uploads/2022/05/Screen-Shot-2022-05-23-at-11.31.23-AM-252x300.png" alt="" width="252" height="300" /> Photo: [player_tooltip player_id="336870" first="Kolby" last="Luna"] Twitter[/caption]Luna is one of the top two-way players across the region and had a huge Junior season and he will be a big time weapon for Kellogg in 2022. On film, Luna is a true outside receiver with a long stride and huge catch radius in traffic downfield. Out of his stance, he is explosive off the ball without taking false steps and shows he can get in the defenders blind spots on vertical routes. On 50/50 balls, he shows good high point ability with strong hands and can go over the top of defenders. With the ball in his hands, he is a strong runner that can run through smaller tacklers and shows deceptive speed on longer developing routes. As he progresses through his Senior season, he is another prospect that D-III+ schools will want to take a hard look at.
