Referenced here is a breakdown of the Northwest’s top athletes for the class of 2024 on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Check out the individuals selected within the region.
OFFENSIVE SUMMARY: [player_tooltip player_id="158323" first="Isendre" last="Ahfua"] "Papa" and [player_tooltip player_id="115335" first="Jason" last="Brown"] out of Washington are two of the top players in America and 5* recruits. [player_tooltip player_id="115327" first="Rahshawn" last="Clark"] is right there with them. As of right now the NW offensive athletes seem to have a leg up over the defense from a recruiting standpoint. While the total number of offers doesn’t really matter, it’s an interesting stat with WA totaling (68), Oregon (26), and Idaho (5).
Other points of interest include the QB position where I would take two Oregon kids, led by [player_tooltip player_id="152354" first="Cru" last="Newman"], who was the conference player of the year as a Sophomore and helped his team to the 6A state title.
The WR and TE positions are both extremely strong while [player_tooltip player_id="152363" first="Nolen" last="Scott"] and [player_tooltip player_id="152339" first="Jayden" last="Fortier"] are both kids I for see being POY type athletes this season. Have a look at the offense.

DEFENSIVE SUMMARY: From a recruiting standpoint the defense is currently not on par with the offense but that should change. 4* [player_tooltip player_id="115328" first="Brayden" last="Platt"] is the top defensive recruit in the region with [player_tooltip player_id="158345" first="Kyan" last="McDonald"] and [player_tooltip player_id="158334" first="Marquawn" last="McCraney"] both being offered by some of the top schools in the nation.
