QB, Michael George Jr , Pemberton
Mr. George is a dual threat from class of 2024. Standing at 6’1 180, George has good size and speed that is ideal for the next level. He does a good job reading defenses and taking what the defense gives him. George has a good understanding of coverages and makes smart decisions. He has seen action last season but losing the starting quarterback to graduation will open up a great opportunity for George. You should expect George to be the starter and earn some offers moving forward.
CB, Isaiah Clay, Timber Creek
Mr. Clay was a key contributor on defense. He has good speed and can run with any top receiver. Clay does a good job with route recognition and understanding offensive concepts. He has the athleticism and strength to play multiple positions in the secondary. Clay finished his junior year with 2 INT’s and one returned for a touchdown. He has shown flashes of playmaking ability and will look to continue making plays in 2022. Clay is expected to have a big year in 2022. That being said, offers should then start to pile up.
WR, Ky’Yam Martin, Red Bank Regional
Mr. Martin is a quick and shifty pass catcher that can stop on a dime. He has strong hands and does a good job catching through traffic. Martin isn’t the biggest but has the strength to fight off defenders. He has seen action and caught four passes for 42 yards. His role will increase this season and will see more production. Bottom line, he has the potential to be a top receiver in 2022. As the season quickly approaches make sure you keep your eyes on this kid.
RB/LB, Devin Mancuso, Red Bank Catholic
Mr. Mancuso will be a key piece this season. With a lot of players leaving due to graduation should open up an excellent opportunity for Mancuso to shine. He does a good job playing physical and being coachable. Mancuso is a a hard workers and has a strong passion for the game of football. Mancuso has seen action last season carrying the ball three times for 18 yards and a score. Expect his workload to increase because he has the potential to be a three-down back. He can also play on the defensive side as well. Make sure you keep your eyes on this kid.
