Central: Freeland
A rising team that I’ve seen some press about, Freeland could compete for a championship. This is a consistently great program that just made themselves known as a genuine contender after going deep into the playoffs, losing by one possession to the team that won the championship, Chelsea. Brayden Petre Brayden Petre 5'9" | 150 lbs | ATH Freeland | 2025 MI is an athlete that I am massively excited about, while Kellen Brandi and Ty Fournier are great defensive pieces.
West I: Standish-Sterling
This program went a foul 1-6 in 2020, then bounced back hugely, going 11-4, going very deep into the playoffs. I am incredibly impressed by their play design and their willingness to pass the ball. This could be a dangerous team next season and even a championship contender.
West II: St. Louis
St. Louis has steadily improved from a 2-5 2020 to a 5-4 2021. I can’t find too much info on this small program, but it seems they have a great front seven led by RJ Macias and Christopher Downs*. They had a mix of blowout wins, blowout losses, with a few close games. If St. Louis can find a way to close the distance between the better teams they play, this program can find itself in an excellent spot for the foreseeable future.
