Today the LT2FBA training tour stopped in Fort Worth, Texas to check out some local talent and a few of the offensive linemen from Eastern Hills High School.
Led by second-year head coach Devvin Anderson, Eastern Hills is positioning themselves early for a huge off-season and it all starts up front. Coming off a 3-4 in conference record they are determined to improve and have started grinding on next season now.
Christopher Larkin – Eastern Hills High School – Class of 2023
The 6’2, 310-pound versatile linemen was a standout all day. Christopher is natural center prospect who also doubles as a long snapper. He’s a stout prospect that posses great football awareness, and has a snappy punch that will help him as he transitions through the summer camp circuit and into next fall.
Albert Lopez– Eastern Hills Highschool – Class of 2023
Albert is a more compact prospect coming in at 6’0 250 lbs, but he is going to be a contributing factor next season. He had a very productive day of skill work and is setting himself up for a huge summer.
Matthew Chavez –Eastern Hills Highschool – Class of 2023
Matthew is another lean, smaller bodied prospect that is a natural center and is developing his skills as a long snapper. He needs to fill out his frame a bit but he has a solid day of work and I look forward to seeing him compete on the summer camp circuit.
Mario Sykes – Eastern Hills Highschool – Class of 2025
Mario is another interesting 2023 recruit out of Eastern Hills. Who is a natural center that is actively working to add long snapping to his repertoire. I tell guys all the time that versatility equals value in the football world, so the more you can do then the more opportunity you can create for yourself.
Devin Jayden Moody – Brewer High school – Class of 2027
Devin so far has shown to be one of the most impressive interior prospects in his class. He has a huge upside and was one of the most attentive and impressive prospects in attendance. He’s in the process of developing his core strength, balance, and already shown a great baseline of strength at blocking at the point of attack. He plays with his insteps in the ground and is primed for a huge career at Brewer. I expect for him to be a national recruit in the upcoming years.
