Parker Cummins Parker Cummins 6'3" | 255 lbs | LB Parkway West | 2023 State MO , Parkway West
Cummins measured in at 6-feet 2 1/2 inches and 241 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.98 seconds and the pro-agility in 4.44 seconds. He recorded a powerball toss of 39 feet 2 inches, a broad jump of 8 feet 8 inches and a vertical leap of 25 inches.
In his junior season last fall, Cummins, who is also listed as an offensive lineman, recorded 102 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, two sacks and two fumble recoveries. He also returned a fumble for a touchdown.
Will James Will James 6'0" | 180 lbs | LB Eureka | 2023 MO , Eureka
James, who measured in at 5-11 1/2 and 188 pounds, recorded a strong pro-agility time of 4.19 seconds.
James was credited with just one tackle during his junior season, but could emerge as a breakout player this fall after the graduation of the Wildcats’ leading tackler, Will Nelson Will Nelson 6'1" | 220 lbs | LB Eureka | 2022 State MO .
Dominic Michael Nenninger Dominic Michael Nenninger 6'1" | 225 lbs | LB Rockwood Summit | 2023 MO , Rockwood Summit
Nenninger, a key contributor to a strong season for Summit last fall, measured in at 5-11 1/2 and 212 pounds. He recorded a 40 time of 4.89 and a pro-agility of 4.5. He had a powerball toss of 34 feet, a broad jump of 8-10 and a vertical of 26 inches.
Nenninger had a team-high 83 tackles to go along with 11 tackles for loss, four fumble recoveries and three sacks. He also had 216 yards rushing on 27 carries, averaging 8 yards per carry, and scored two total touchdowns.
Austin Romaine Austin Romaine 6'2" | 230 lbs | LB Hillsboro | 2023 State MO , Hillsboro
Romaine, who is a standout two-way player for Hillsboro as a linebacker and running back, turned in one of the top performances at the Combine. He turned in marks for the 40-yard dash (4.69), pro-agility (3.97) and powerball toss (44-1) that ranked among the top for anyone on the day.
Measuring in at 6-2 and 232 pounds, Romaine also had a broad jump of 9-11 and a vertical of 31 inches.
Romaine, who was his conference’s defensive player of the year and most valuable player, led the Hawks with 100 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss and eight sacks on. He was also one of Hillsboro’s two 1,000-yard rushers, finishing with 1,140 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns while averaging 9.5 yards per carry. He added 16 catches for 172 yards and three touchdowns. That’s 1,312 total yards and 14 touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball.
Romaine, who also plays baseball, reported an offer from Southeast Missouri State last summer.
Jaydan Trotter Jaydan Trotter 6'0" | 185 lbs | LB Hazelwood Central | 2023 State MO , Hazelwood Central
Trotter, who measured in at 5-11 3/4 and 184 pounds, was a breakout performer for the Hawks last fall when he racked up 92 tackles, nine tackles and for loss and six sacks — all team highs.
He showed good strength and athleticism at the Combine when he recorded a broad jump of 9-2, a vertical leap of 29 inches and a powerball toss of 32-9.
