There are some very high level dual-threat quarterbacks playing in the DMV area today. From class to class, quarterbacks who utilize throwing and running in tandem are becoming more and more dynamic at the high school level. Listed below are a few of those quarterback prospects who displayed elite dual-threat capabilities this past season. His ability to throw on the run is up there with the best in the state already, and he’s never shy about running with the football.
