[player_tooltip player_id="189555" first="Isaiah" last="Harper"], DB/Returner - Isaiah is a very good athlete with excellent twitch and wiggle. He scored many times this season as a returner and has great ball skills and vision. Plays the Safety position well and gets downhill fast. He is a good tackler with wrap and hip drive. I am really impressed with his overall abilities. He is the 88th ranked player in Ohio and will climb the list this off season.
