These young athletes deserve some much needed spotlight as we head into the 2022 season.

OL, Angelo Ayala, Immaculate Conception
6’3 240
Mr. Ayala has excellent skill set. He has ideal height, length and weight with good feet. Ayala does a good job getting depth to stay in front of fast edge rushers. He walls off defenders to allow the hole develop for the ball carrier. Ayala has tremendous upside heading into his senior season. Make sure you keep an eye out on Ayala.
OL, Ronnie McNulty, Nottingham
6’3 270
Mr. McNulty had a great year. He earned First- Team All- Conference and First- Team All- Area. McNulty is physical and tenacious. He has a mean hand strike at the point of attack. McNulty is a reliable pass protector and has a good kick step to block speed rushers. He is also a quality run blocker easily sustaining blocks. Bottom line, McNulty is a quality and experienced blocker. He will be a key factor for the 2022 season.
OL, Nevin Davila, Ewing
6’1 275
Mr. Davila had a solid year in 2021 and has generated interest from several D3 schools. Davila is massive with strong hands and high football IQ. He does a good job recognizing stunts by the defense. Davila uses his feet to get depth in his drops and his uses long arms to keep defender from getting around him. In the ground game, he is tough and scrappy. He has a nasty attitude that coaches love. Davila has a lot of upside entering the 2022 season. Make sure you keep an eye out on this kid.
OL, Derek Ockimey, Vineland
6’1 240
Mr. Ockimey was a reliable protector in 2021. He has quick feet and fast out of his stance. Ockimey does a good job tying up defenders to keep them away from the ball carrier. He has a good understanding of leverage and plays with good pad level. Ockimey rarely allows himself to get blown back. He can play numerous positions on the offensive line making him a key piece for next season. Make sure you keep an eye out on this kid.
