The first national signing day has come and gone but there are still tons of talented football prospects out there to be had and here at PRZTN, we will break down the best players available from both sides of the ball.
Today we look at the top talent over on offense …..
1. (QB) [player_tooltip player_id="150807" first="Jake" last="McNamara"] (5’11 185) - Page

- A one time commitment of Colorado St., McNamara backed off his pledge to the Rams and re-opened his process and now sits as the top quarterback available in-state from the 2022 class. McNamara is a bit undersized but what sets him apart from other QB’s in this in-state class is his football knowledge and understanding of how to run an offense. He is trustworthy with the ball in his hands. McNamara is a poised leader that can bring a ton of value to the QB room. His best options right now could be a PWO on the D1 level or somewhere down in the FCS but he is definitely worth it for whoever signs him.
2. (RB) [player_tooltip player_id="198576" first="Jamarious" last="Brooks"] (5’9 185) - Memp. Central
- Brooks burst onto the scene this year, leading the West Tennessee area in rushing and finished in the top five rushers for the entire state. The Warriors senior back is a strong, compact athletic runner that has the juice to find the end zone quickly. College coaches have been keeping tabs on Brooks for a few months now but not many have pulled the trigger on an offer. Brooks has the grades worthy of collegiate looks too, so he provides a lot of value both on and off the field. Hopefully over the next month, Brooks will shoot up recruiting charts and start receiving offers worthy of his talent.
3. (WR) [player_tooltip player_id="150858" first="Lee" last="Molette"] (6’3 185) - Ravenwood
[caption id="attachment_237158" align="alignnone" width="300"] Photo: [player_tooltip player_id="150858" first="Lee" last="Molette"][/caption]- Nobody has been hotter over the last month with college offers other than Molette. This Middle Tennessee product exploded during his senior year and put himself on the map as a legit next level recruit. Over the last few weeks, Molette has added offers from Ball St, Central Michigan, Miami OH, UConn and several others. He could be on the verge of adding several more D1 offers in January as coaches like his size, length and natural athleticism. Molette has some upside too over on defense at safety, so this is a talented guy that could be signing with a D1 program come February.
4. (TE/WR) [player_tooltip player_id="102153" first="Andrew" last="Paige"] (6’4 210) - Beech
- Paige is possibly the top guy on this list with the biggest upside and potential but he has yet to find his college home. The Bucs pass catcher has picked up several new offers over the past couple of weeks but has not signed, so he is out there for the taking. Paige holds offers from the likes of Akron, Arkansas St, MTSU and several others with new schools showing interest. This is an athletic guy with size, arm length and a physical frame to shield off defenders and shows D1, possible Power Five upside. Paige is one of the top guys here that I could see shooting up recruiting charts over the coming weeks.
5. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="102061" first="Evan" last="Carney"] (6’5 280) - CPA

- Many collegiate coaches have learned about Carney over the past year and he is someone with big potential that still sits on the open market. The Lions offensive linemen has received several strong FCS offers but is still looking for those D1 opportunities to come through and he has the talent to excel on that level. Carney is a former basketball player that is still growing and developing his game on the football field. He has the mobility, arm length and tenacity to play tackle or slide inside on the collegiate level. He might still be a little bit of a project but is definitely worth an offer because the college potential is very strong.
6. (WR) [player_tooltip player_id="196975" first="Xavier" last="Gaillardetz"] (6’1 205) - McCallie
- Coming down from Canada for his senior season, Gaillardetz burst onto the scene this year as the best wideout in the Chattanooga area and now he has become a legit college recruit. Gaillardetz has picked up recent offers from Gardner-Webb and Tn Tech but could be on the verge of adding several more. This 6’1 205 pound receiver has the physical size, hands, deceptive athleticism and breakaway speed that collegiate coaches are looking for. Gaillardetz might end up on the FCS level but he would be a steal for any D1 school that jumps in with an offer as this guy is a playmaker with upside.
7. (RB) [player_tooltip player_id="150835" first="Craig" last="Cunningham II"] (5’9 185) - Lausanne
- Cunningham put together one of the best rushing seasons in Lynx history and now he is in search of a future college and whoever lands this Memphis area running back will be getting a talented workhorse that can do a little bit of everything. Cunningham is a strong, quick burst guy that can grind you out the short yards or break the long one. He is also an excellent receiver and a willing blocker that will develop even more in that area on the next level. This Lynx running back holds a couple of D2 offers but has the talent worthy enough of bigger looks, so college coaches need to research Cunningham much harder.
8. (OL) [player_tooltip player_id="102052" first="Ben" last="Caviness"] (6’4 275) - Christian Brothers
- This senior year was a very productive season for Caviness as he helped pave the way for a future Ohio St. running back but this Memphis area lineman is still looking for a home for himself. Caviness has explosive traits and mobility along with a frame that can take the needed weight. He plays with an active motor and enjoys making contact. Caviness is a versatile guy that could develop and play all three interior O-line positions and even be plugged in at right tackle in a pinch. This is an underrated talent that brings a lot of value to the offensive line.
9. (QB) [player_tooltip player_id="204839" first="George" last="Hamsley"] (6’4 205) - MUS

- A strong armed passer with smooth mechanics, Hamsley recently added PWO opportunities from Arkansas St and Memphis with several other D1 schools looking around. Hamsley looks the part and throws a D1 level football with his arm strength and timely passing. He is a decent athlete too that can improve with his mobility over time. Being that Hamsley is a quarterback, big options on the D1 level may not be there other than PWO’s but this is a talented thrower that would be a strong addition to the QB room on any level.
10. (WR) [player_tooltip player_id="101985" first="Tommy" last="Winton"] (5’10 190) - Knox. Catholic
- If you are looking for a slot receiver with athleticism and a physical body, Winton is your guy. This Fighting Irish wideout at one time had several options in college football from the D1 level but here he sits still available. There is a possibility that college coaches could swing back around to Winton over the coming weeks and extend him an offer but he may fall down to the FCS level which he would then become a steal. This is a talented guy who could become the #1 option down the road for whoever he signs with.
