We’re highlighting another set of fantastic performances that deserve some attention and some of the plays that were made.

This is the second week in a row Borer has made some plays, however, this week Borer exploded onto the scene. He made a few catches with players draped all over him and he never hesitated once to go up for the ball. He ran a very nice curl route and the ball hit him right in the hands, he broke a tackle, and then hit the endzone for a score. He continued his night with a big reception where it extended a drive that later led to another score.
Michael Chipps - Napoleon - RB - 5’9" 180 lbs
Napoleon was one of the schools we did a preview on but hadn’t gotten the chance to highlight yet. That changed Friday when Chipps and the Wildcats offense started moving. Chipps was able to break a touchdown run and make a few guys miss in the process. He was shifty and moving the chains. Napoleon’s offense is starting to find its groove and Chipps really helped with that on Friday. Look for them to get better as the year goes on and be in more of these pieces.
[player_tooltip player_id="187974" first="Ayden" last="Hall"] - Northview - WR - 5’10" 155 lbs
Hall has great speed and he kept burning the defense on Friday. He kept running those deeper routes and moving the chains for the offense. It wasn’t until later in the game when he finally got behind the entire defense where he was hit in stride and broke the long touchdown. It felt inevitable and like it was going to happen sooner than later, and it had to feel good for Hall. He’s a gritty player and an energy guy for Northview.
Emite Lamb - Southview - WR - 5’10" 175 lbs
Lamb was the big play guy for Southview and they dialed up a few shots for him. The quarterback dropped back, Lamb ran a 9 route with an outside release and hit the gas. The ball was slightly underthrown and Lamb went up and got the ball, came down with the ball, and raced down the field for a touchdown. It was a great effort play for a guy who wasn’t supposed to be the centerpiece of the offense. Lamb has quickly developed and is looking more and more like a bigger threat every week.
AJ George - Ottawa Hills - WR - 6’2" 175 lbs
George is back on the list and for good reason. He is a playmaker and when you get the ball in his hands, good things happen. George took a simple inside screen and weaved through the entire defense and outraced everyone for an 80-yard touchdown pass. George was consistently moving the chains and picking up chunk plays for George. It was another great showing from the star receiver and as each week goes by, his hype keep getting louder.
