Mike London and staff held the first of their four camps on Saturday, joined by various FCS, D2, and FBS coaches from around the east coast. With north of 100 players in attendance, there were a lot of players to scout, evaluate, and talk to, here are the second rest of our top performers in no order
2022 Glen Allen Tight End Sean McElwain
McElwain is big. I mean this kid is tall and could be bigger as at 6’6" and 210lbs he could even add on 25 more to bulk up and become a bigger threat off the line both blocking and receiving. My pick for the best receiver of the day, McElwain got open often and doesn’t drop many balls when they are thrown well. McElwain is a three-sport athlete, playing football and baseball also so coaches will love his athleticism. McEwain has no offers yet but with a good camp season you never know. He was popular amongst other coaches at the camp also.

2024 James Madison (Vienna) Wide Receiver [player_tooltip player_id="157096" first="Cord" last="Yates"]
The only 2024 recruit on either of my lists coming out of this camp, Yates is great in coverage and can go up and get the ball. I’ve seen him with his 7v7 team and what I saw during camp and with his team matches up. Yates can also play multiple positions, giving him versatility that will help him a lot.

2022 Liberty Christian (Lynchburg) WR/DB Jaylin Belford
Belford is surrounded by talent at "the mountain" with new UVA commit [player_tooltip player_id="126723" first="Davis" last="Lane"] throwing the ball and five-star "Big Nasty" [player_tooltip player_id="126886" first="Zach" last="Rice"] on the offensive line but maybe it’s time to start talking about Jaylin. at 5’8" and 160lbs, Belford can be shifty and if he grows a few inches could turn into an even better receiver. Belford also gets it done in the classroom as he carries a 3.8 GPA and is a star in the long jump where he made a run in the postseason this past year. Belford is still searching for his first offer but has great ball skills.

2023 Oscar Smith (Chesapeake) OL Brock Stukes
Stukes, a newly-minted state champion is part of a great core at Oscar Smith. At 6’2" and 294lbs, Stukes has great size and just needs time to get the eye of coaches. Stukes was part of a great offensive line that opened holes for backs and held off opposing rushers for [player_tooltip player_id="126724" first="Ethan" last="Vasko"] in an absolutely dominant 2021 spring season that saw Smith win their first title in a decade. With more time and development, Stukes could be the next big-time recruit from Oscar Smith.

2022 King George DB Gary Lane
Lane was part of the best season King George had seen in 20+ years as the Foxes made it to the state semis in the spring season. At 5’10" and 160lbs, LAne could add 10-15lbs and still be a solid corner. Lane also comes with a 4.0 GPA opening the door to Ivy League, and non-athletic scholarship options. Lane looked good when I saw him in the state semis against future class four champs Lake Taylor and didn’t give up any huge plays.
2022 Kempsville (Va Beach) DB Amari Presley
Presley is part of a core at Kempsville looking to turn the program around and to this point, that has been successful. Coming in at 5’9" and 165lbs, Presley is solid but has room to grow. During the season, Presley had a 37-yard int return touchdown which shows his ability to get the ball and immediately hit the ground running. WIth a 3.17 GPA he is a qualifier and should have no problem getting into school. Bridgewater has been sending him a lot of mail recently.
