This week was extremely busy for Arizona prep athletes, as the offers have been non-stop as of late. Some athletes continue to rack up the offers, while others land their first. Take a look at who heated up this week with their recruitment:

Bourguet recently picked up a much deserved offer from BYU the other day, and has a handful of visits to take this summer as well. He decommitted from Arizona back in December of 2020, and has now seen 2 offers since he decommitment (Columbia, BYU), and holds a previous offer from Idaho.
[player_tooltip player_id="110078" first="Jackson" last="Bowers"], TE, Mountain View ’23
Bowers adds a new offer from Colorado, which now puts his total at 12 offers. He possesses a large catch radius and will catch anything that is thrown in his direction. He moves well at his size and runs clean routes as well. He has an excellent frame at 6’5" 230lbs, and will only continue to see the offers pour in throughout the next few seasons.
[player_tooltip player_id="42907" first="Alex" last="Doost"], OL, Mountain Ridge ’23
Doost is a highly touted OL who picked up his first offer from Arizona State back in April, then just landed his 2nd offer from Michigan State. It’s not the first time we’ve seen Michigan state offer a highly talented prospect out of West Phoenix, as they have a commitment in Desert Edge’s [player_tooltip player_id="42792" first="Gavin" last="Broscious"]. It’s only the beginning for Doost, as he projects to draw much more P5 attention.
[player_tooltip player_id="42829" first="EJ" last="Warner"], QB, Brophy ’22
Warner picks up his latest offer from Ball State, racking his total up to 6 offers. He holds previous offers from Colorado State, Eastern Kentucky, Marshall, UT Martin, and Presbyterian. Warner is looking to have a bounce back season from his injury last year, and could potentially have a breakout season with a very talented Brophy squad.
[player_tooltip player_id="115519" first="Demond" last="Williams"], QB, Basha ’24
Williams continues to remain the most recruited 2024 kid in the state, as he picks up an offer from TCU. With this TCU offer, Williams now has his total up to 8, and it doesn’t seem like it will be slowing down anytime soon. He can hit all 3 levels of throws with velocity, and is a special type of talent that doesn’t come around often. Sky is the limit for Williams.
[player_tooltip player_id="42847" first="Amier" last="Boyd"], ATH, Mountain Pointe ’22
Boyd picked up his first two offers on May 15th from Arizona Christian and Lake Forest. After attending and impressing at the Northern Arizona "Chris Ball Football Camp", Boyd now picks up his first DI (FCS) offer from Northern Arizona. Boyd is an excellent all around athlete that continues to impress at every showcase, camp, and every other offseason event.
[player_tooltip player_id="155807" first="Luis" last="Cordova"], OL, Salpointe Catholic ’24
Corodva recently picked up his first offer from Arizona, and is a highly talented young offensive lineman that projects to be a highly recruited kid for the next 3 years. He has excellent size already at 6’4" 270lbs and moves well with his build. Big time talent down in southern AZ that will continue to see the P5 attention flood in.
[player_tooltip player_id="124305" first="Rudy" last="Varela"], OL, Casteel ’22
After attending the SMU Megacamp, Varela picks up an offer from Valparaiso. He showed up and impressed, earning that Valpo offer and possibly drawing much more attention from other schools as well. He holds previous offers from Northern Arizona, Army, Air Force, and Navy.
[player_tooltip player_id="115533" first="Brandon" last="Phelps"], WR, ALA-Gilbert North ’24
Along with other 2024 athletes, Phelps also picks up his first offer from Arizona. The 3A kid cam out of nowhere and put on a show during his freshman campaign. He sizes up with a tremendous frame at 6’3" 190lbs and is developing into your prototypical X/Z receiver. Large catch radius with excellent athleticism all around and will continue to see the offers pour in.
[player_tooltip player_id="155814" first="Jeff" last="Lambert"], LB, Corona del Sol
Lambert picks up his first offer from Northern Arizona, and should see some more attention relatively soon as he will be attending the UNLV camp on June 27th. Lambert was an under the radar LB his junior season, as he was a major contributor to the success of Corona del Sol.
[player_tooltip player_id="155811" first="Dematris" last="Azcueta"], DB/WR, Casa Grande ’22

The northern AZ kid lands his first, and a hometown offer from Northern Arizona University. Ruiz is a lengthy DB with excellent physicality as he was a lockdown corner in 4A ball last year. Big potential for the Coconino kid.
[player_tooltip player_id="42844" first="Alexis" last="Sanchez"], OL, Mountain Ridge ’22
Another Mountain Ridge kid who is getting hot, as Sanchez picks up an offer from Georgetown. He holds a previous offer from Morehead State, and has been drawing FCS and Ivy League attention lately as well.
