SW Ohio’s Greater Miami Conference – Top 2022’s
Over the next few weeks I will be detailing the top 2022’s from the conferences in Ohio. This series will focus on the Greater Miami Conference in SW Ohio.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Lakota East</strong></span>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="34415" first="Charlie" last="Kenrich"]</strong> TE 6’4 245 - Five Power 5 offers on the table. Very good blocking and catching TE. Great route runner from a variety of alignments. He is a force in the MOF against LB's and Safeties; almost uncoverable. He attacks the ball in the air and wins the toss up balls. He is a good blocker with strength and drive. He lines up in the backfield at times, and lays the wood when needed. Big things for Charlie in 2021.

<strong>Patrick Slomba</strong> OL 6’6 290 - Plays on both sides of the center as a Guard. Comes off the ball with a fury. He gets his punch inside and upward on defenders and drives people into the ground. He is a great run blocker and plays with a nasty streak. Very hard to bull rush on in the interior. Has good pass posture with his inside foot up. Stays low and moves his feet like a skill player.

<strong>TJ Kathman</strong> QB 6’2 190 - Option QB with great ability to read plays and speed to carry it himself. Also will line up in shotgun and run the RPO. Good thrower outside the pocket and has a big time arm. He can pitch equally well on both sides of the center. When he pulls it down can outrun the second level. Possible position change in college as he is a great athlete.

<strong>Nate Rosario</strong> OLB/SS 6’1 195 - Hybrid defenders are all the rage in 2021 and Nate fits the bill. Lines up in a variety of positions and does a variety of techniques well. Great athlete with good twitch. He has a good ability to change direction quickly. He is a tough tackler and explodes through the ball carriers. He is a player who can rush the passer with a high motor then transition into pass coverage and close the space quickly. Looking forward to his senior year!
