NE Ohio’s Chagrin Valley Conference – Top 2022’s

Over the next few weeks I will be detailing the top 2022’s from the conferences in Ohio.  This series will focus on the Central Catholic League in Central Ohio. <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Chagrin Falls</strong></span> <strong>Nick Dalessandro</strong> OL 6’4 270 - Nick is very technically sound in run and pass blocking from the LT position.  He has great bend and burst off the snap.  He keeps his feet wide and knees inside and blocks to and through the whistle with aggression.  Tall player with a good wingspan to keep defenders at bay.  I am looking forward to his senior year. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/12983033/Nick-Dalessandro <strong>Cole Ettinger</strong> FS 5’11 175 - Cole is a high motor player who gets downhill quick.  He has really good tackling ability with the proper leverage on inside and outside runs.  He is a smart player with good instincts in zone coverage.  Was impressed with his eye discipline to be the correct spots at all times.  Attacks the ball in the air and is aggressive on routes. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/12982986/Cole-Ettinger <strong>Max Moore</strong> DL 6’3 200 - Max is a very athletic DL with good quickness and speed.  He plays with low pad level and has a big lower half to generate above average power.  He gets to lockout quickly with good escape.  He has a good sense of how to properly pass rush and uses his hands to get the OL’s hands off quickly.  Plays with a high motor and is always around the ball. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/12506280/Max-Moore <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Perry</strong></span> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="34410" first="Jadynn" last="Anderson"]</strong> DE MLB 6’2 200 - Jadynn is a very talented multi positional player.  Huge presence on the defense with the ability to change a game.  Is athletic and fast.  Has good flexibility in his stance and ability to read plays quickly.  He is a good tackler and brings the power in his tackles to the ball carrier.  Closes space fast in coverage and really has a knack for the ball.  Can be used on the DL as well and brings a good presence there. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11307210/Jadynn-Anderson <strong>Javin Richards</strong> OLB 6’3 190 - Absolute playmaker on special teams and defense.  He has a high motor and knack for finding the ball.  He makes really good tackles and gets ball carriers to the ground quickly.  Has great change of direction and can reverse his path easily.  Covers ground quickly in the pass game and makes great plays with the ball in the air. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/4233073/Javin-Richards <strong>Jacob Marjak</strong> OL 6’4 260 - Jacob is a very good offensive lineman with great bend and flexibility in his stance.  Plays with low pad level and punches up and through defenders.  Very advanced run blocker who seems to get guys to the ground routinely.  He has a nasty streak and he uses it.  He will continue to develop and be a force in 2021.
