Burnett had a top three of Arizona, Arizona State and USC. He took personal visits to Arizona State and Arizona two weeks ago and visited USC multiple times. His father Chester played at Arizona and both Arizona schools recruited him hard. USC visions Burnett in a tight end/wide receiver hybrid role like Drake London has played the past couple of seasons.
“USC is a powerhouse program — always has been and always will be. It’s right here in my backyard too,” Burnett told Gerard Martinez of 247Sports. “The role USC painted for me is that hybrid role, so I’m really looking forward to that. I feel like it’s something I’m extremely comfortable with.”
Burnett is the second player from California in USC’s class of 2022, joining Domani Jackson Domani Jackson 6'2" | 185 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2022 State CA from Servite’s rival Mater Dei.

Centennial star cuts list of schools to four
Jaden Mickey Jaden Mickey 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB Centennial - Corona | 2022 State CA , defensive back from Centennial (Corona) narrowed his list of schools on Tuesday.
He is the No. 4 ranked defensive back in California’s class of 2022 according to Prep Redzone and the No. 21 overall prospect. Mickey announced that Cal, Northwestern, Notre Dame and Oregon.
In an interview with 247Sports, Mikey cited his relationship with the coaches as a major factor in him liking each school. He likes that Northwestern coach Pat Fitzgerald recently signed a long-term contract and he admires the prestige of the Notre Dame program.
Mickey may announce his decision as early as next week.

Class of 2023 QB lands Pac 12 offer
Pittsburg quarterback Jaden Rashada Jaden Rashada 6'4" | 185 lbs | QB Pittsburg | 2023 State CA was offered by Washington State on Tuesday.
Washington State is the tenth school to offer Rashada and the sixth Pac 12 school.
He is a four-star recruit on 247Sports and the No. 4 overall prospect in California’s 2023 class.
Rashada played at Liberty (Brentwood) last season and briefly transferred to IMG Academy in Florida before returning to Northern Calfornia. He has been impressing scouts at camps with his ability to throw with touch and with velocity as well as is athleticism.

St. Monica senior gets first offer
St. Monica (Santa Monica) athlete Keith Davis Jr. was offered by Adams State on Wednesday.
Davis Jr. played his junior season at Cathedral (Los Angeles) and he rushed for 7.3 yards per carry and three touchdowns.
He is a running back and linebacker hybrid. He is a big body at 6-feet and 250 pounds.
Davis Jr. makes one move and goes. He can use his size to break tackles but also has decent speed when he turns the corner in open space.

SoCal DB lands SEC offer
Alemany (Mission Hills) defensive back Ephesians Prysock Ephesians Prysock 6'3" | 170 lbs | DB Bishop Alemany | 2022 State CA was offered by Tennessee Thursday.
Prysock played both ways for Alemany as a sophomore last season, racking up 43 tackles on defense and had 163 yards receiving with a touchdown.
Tennessee is the 17th school to offer Prysock and the third school from the SEC.
He is the No. 3 defensive back in California’s 2022 class according to Prep Redzone and the No. 15 overall prospect in the class.
