Marcus Hansen has a great sense of intelligence and understanding of his positions than most players. Knowing where everyone else should be blocking, where the running back is going, and being able to read defensive formations goes a long way in game time situations. Hansen is great at finding positioning to block, being able to keep driving his feet through defenders, and he rarely gets get caught flat footed. All of those keys take a great deal of discipline, which Hansen has developed at such a young age. The way Hansen has developed his body from freshman year to sophomore year has been insane. His freshman season he weighed in at 195lbs and is currently 290lbs.. that is 95 pounds in one off-season. Marcus Hansen showed tremendous pass blocking skills last season and I am honestly frightened to see defenders attempt to rush him this upcoming season. Hansen has worked to enhance his get off speed at the line and making himself stronger so he can turn normal blocks into pancake blocks. Marcus Hansen has some young accolades underneath his belt. He was selected by his head coach to be a representative for the team on the school leadership council his freshman and sophomore year. He also started varsity wrestling and won regionals (1st place) and sectionals (2nd place) making himself a freshman state qualifier until Covid-19 shut it down. He also started Freshman and JV football at right tackle . I have no offers and no interest.
Center/Guard| Jeremiah Hardnett, Class of 2023, O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois
Height: 5’11ft | Weight: 258lbs
Do not let the height fool you! Jeremiah Hardnett has some of the best footwork as a lineman in Illinois. Hardnett displays tremendous balance & also has a high motor. He plays until the echo of the whistle and plays with a chip on his shoulder during practice, games, and especially camps. Hardnett has this fire and desire attitude to work harder than the person across from him. He knows that he is undersized and uses that to fuel his play. Hardnett can bring leadership to a college team and 110% effort in everything he does on and off the field. Hardnett loves to bring the physicality to the OL because he knows it will spread onto his teammates. Coming into this short COVID season Hardnett knew he was going to have to elevate his game so he has been training like a mad man! Working on better hand placement, hand eye coordination, he has also gained a lot of muscle mass, and gotten faster. Last season Jeremiah Hardnett gave up one sack on the offensive line & started on varsity as a freshman.
Tackle/Guard | Caleb Mills, Class of 2021, O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois
Height: 6’3ft | Weight: 295lbs
It is not easy for defensive lineman to get into the back field when they are going up against O-Lineman Caleb Mills. Mills is a big solid lineman with quick feet for his size making it hard for D-Lineman to get a great first step on him. Mills knows it is not all about the size which is why he has taken a lot of hard work and dedication towards having quicker feet than last season. Mills is a gentle giant and shows a great deal of sportsmanship while dominating his opponents. Caleb Mills has a great knowledge of the game of football which helps out his offense when he quickly analyzes the defense then alerts everyone of schemes he sees from the defense at the line or even at the next levels. Mills enjoys studying film on his opponents which allows him to have an upper hand on them. Knowing his opponents next moves will make it a dreadful game for them but a delightful game for Mills. Caleb Mills handles business on and off the field as he runs a 5.2 40yard & Max Bench of 375lbs.
Tackle/Guard/Center | Konner Adams, Class of 2021, O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois
Height: 6’2ft | Weight: 285lbs
Konner Adams is an extremely disciplined football player. Konner prides himself on playing until the echo of the whistle. He is great at utilizing his hands at the line of scrimmage, puts an emphasis on staying low, and makes sure to never have dead feet. Konner has never trained as hard as he has been for football until this off-season. He has gotten a lot better at keeping his hips low and parallel. Konner wants to keep improving his hand placement each and everyday and does so by practicing in the mirror with himself. He currently holds one offer from Greenville University and plans to rack up more after breaking college scouts radars upon his last high school season. Konner Adams main interest for playing at the next level are schools that will help him with life choices and has a desire to make him the best person he can become.
Tackle/Guard/Center | Jack Eberhart, Class of 2022, O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois
Height: 6’6ft | Weight: 325lbs
Jack Eberhart takes pride on perfecting his craft on the offensive line. He can play any position & makes it imperative for himself to have flawless technique. During games he wants to be able to go after his opponent with different strategies to always keep them guessing. Jack has worked a lot on his mobility and ways he can pull in order to get to the spots he is supposed to be faster. His main goal for this upcoming season is to be more physical and aggressive at the first snap of the football game to allow his opponent to understand that he is going to dominate them all day to help his team win. Last year Jack played a lot of JV and did not give up a sack the entire year. Being on JV kept a chip on Eberhart’s shoulders. Which motivated him to enhance his game so that when he plays Varsity this year he will remember how much he disliked playing on JV. Jack Eberhart holds no offers but has a few interests from smaller schools and is hoping to pick some offers up after this upcoming season and at camps he will be attending this summer.
