Connor Nelson DE/OLB- Viera
6’2 200lbs
Nelson has had a very good junior season from his defensive end position, he racked up 37 tackles and led 7A Region 2 in sacks with 13 and 13 more QB hurries! Nelson is a very good Prospect, he can play with his hand in the ground or standing up, he shows relentlessness pursuing the quarterback, he’s quick off the snap, the shows good closing speed. Nelson is a good speed rusher at this stage in his career, he also shows the ability to change directions and accelerate to the ball.

Jamari Lyons DE/DT- Viera
6’4 305lbs
Lyons is a 4-star prospect that had a very good junior season registering 79 tackles, 10 sacks, and 11 QB hurries. I saw Lyons play in person and he is a very disruptive and powerful defensive tackle, he consistently got into the backfield, uses his hands well, and converts speed to power really well, and does a good job splitting the gaps. He is a big-time prospect that will be playing at the division 1 level without a doubt. Currently holds over 16 offers including power 5 offers from Florida, Arizona State, Arkansas, and Auburn.

Daniel Watson, DE- Harmony High
6’2 200lbs
Watson is an intriguing Prospect, his film says this is his first year playing football, he shows a relentless attitude and is very quick off the snap, uses his hands to shed blocks and get to the ball-carrier. He lined up at tackle and end, and beat guards easily when he was playing defensive tackle because of his quickness, his size indicates he’ll play defensive end or stand-up at the next the next level. Nice small school Prospect to keep an eye on.

Gavin Rowell, DE- Melbourne High
6’2 220lbs
Rowell is a very good prospect, you only got to play in five games this season because of covid. In those 5 games he showed a lot of versatility and the ability to play special teams and block kicks, has a really good rip move to get underneath and get to the ball, has the ability to drop his hips change directions and accelerate to the ball. He does a good job of fighting through blocks and chasing down plays with hustle and determination. Coaches need to keep an eye on him this season. I believe he will blow up this year with a big season.

Jeremy Sweeney, DT- St. Cloud High c/o 23

Screen is a nice sleeper prospect, he is quick off the ball and shows ability to get penetration into the backfield. He’s a good competitor that never stops his motor, and racks up tackles down the line of scrimmage.

Carlos Richard, DE/OLB- Tohopekaliga High
6’0 220lbs
Richard is a very good athlete that made First Team All-Conference; he plays with his hand down most of the time, he has outstanding quickness and versatility and could translate to a linebacker easily at the next level. He’s a monster on special teams in the flat take your head off on Kick coverage. He has a plus speed off the edge and closes quickly to the ball-carrier, he shows outstanding speed and in one highlight clip runs down a running back 40 yards down the field. He moves extremely well sideline-to-sideline and shows range all over the field. He’s an outstanding Prospect.

Dayvon Davis, DT- Tohopekaliga High
5’11 250lbs
Don’t let Davis’s height fool you, he is a ball player! He’s extremely smart and assignment sound, his initial movement off the snap is impressive, he does a good job getting his hands inside and extending blockers away from his body he has a very good rip move and shows the ability to beat tackles easily and get to the quarterback. I really like this kid, coaches need to take notice, he’s a pure football player!
