Obviously, college coaches look for quarterbacks who can throw the football with accuracy, velocity, and timing. Just importantly as the physical traits, are the intangibles that separate the good quarterbacks form the great ones. Qualities like instinctiveness, leadership, and decision making are just as important as the physical traits of a quarterback.
