Will Bowlby
Will Bowlby 6'5" | 200 lbs | LB | 2021
IL
Defensive End/ OLB Michai Hubbard, Class of 2022, East Saint Louis Senior High School, East Saint Louis, Illinois Height: 6’4 | Weight: 200 Michai Hubbard is an athlete that seems to get bigger, faster, and stronger each and everyday! His work ethic is insane, every time I see the kid his build is improving in a positive way. He is extremely long which helps him out a lot being able to bat down balls at the line of scrimmage. Even when he is blocked he finds a way to reach around defenders and make a play with those long arms and big hands. Hubbard’s first step is deadly! If OL don’t read and react correctly Hubbard will be making a lot of highlight plays this upcoming season for the powerhouse East Saint Louis Flyers. The sky is the limit for Michai Hubbard as he has room to do nothing but excel & enhance his skills. Which will no doubt come to fruition with his outstanding work ethic and great coaches at ESTL. Hubbard will be a guy that is hard for college scouts to miss next season. Defensive End/ MLB: [player_tooltip player_id="65523" first="Will" last="Bowlby"], Class of 2021, Carbondale High School - Terrier Varsity Football Family, Carbondale, Illinois Height: 6’5 Weight: 195lbs [player_tooltip player_id="65523" first="Will" last="Bowlby"] is a long defensive player with high football IQ. Bowlby’s length and knowledge of the game really sets himself apart, when a team runs a certain play he is smart enough to diagnose wat is being ran. Bowlby can play both inside and outside linebacker as well as defensive end. Bowlby will work with his teammates best skills hand to hand with his to give the team the best chemistry possible. If the team doesn’t present a winning culture [player_tooltip player_id="65523" first="Will" last="Bowlby"] will be the start of that winning culture! [player_tooltip player_id="65523" first="Will" last="Bowlby"] was announced 2019 All South, 2019 First Team All Conference, 2019 Honorable Mention All State, Team tackle leader and defensive team MVP. He holds offers from Quincy University and St. Nortbert College. Defensive Tackle : Keishon Tinon, Class of 2021, Belleville West High School, Belleville, Illinois Height: 6’4| Weight: 255lbs Keishon Tinon is an extremely physical player who has a motor to compete at 100% every play. You can look for Tinon to set the tone on defense. His first step is lightning quick. Tinon's eye discipline is very well for a player his age. One major takeaway from Tinon’s game that stood out to me was his pad level amongst defenders and when making plays. Tinon has worked on utilizing his hands at the LOS this off season. This enhanced skill will improve Keishon Tinon’s game this upcoming season for the Maroons defense! Keishon is currently committed to Millikin University located in Decatur, Illinois #BigBlue Defensive Tackle : Blake Lintzenich, Class of 2023, O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois Height: 6’1 | Weight: 260lbs Blake Lintzenich has that Defensive last name! He is unique for his size, age, and speed. They don’t correlate together at all but he uses them to his advantage! When he plays at his grade level he is always the biggest kid on the field. BUT when you dominate like Lintzenich did last season you get moved up to the varsity level with the big boys! Lintzenich will be seeing a lot of varsity snaps this season as a sophomore. Lintzenich has a lot of raw talent & when he fully cooks up he will be dominate against every athlete that stands in his way. Lintzenich has been training hard this off-season. Key factors of his game that I have seen improvement on are his explosive get offs, technique at the defensive line is a lot more crafty, and he has gotten a lot stronger and faster. Blake Lintzenich will most definitely be on college scouts radars at the Division 1, AA, & D2 level.
