[player_tooltip player_id='2176787' first='Owen' last='Adams'] | El Paso Gridley | 2027

Adams measured in with a very respectable frame at 6030 194 and put up some decent testing numbers at 4.84x40, 4.65 pro shuttle, and 8'8 in the broad. With good size and athletic measurables, Adams was also able to sling the football and drive it all over the field. He showed good deep range, has a violent throwing motion, the ball comes out hard with velo. Throughout the day, he displayed a versatile arm that can deliver from multiple angles. Adams is an emerging prospect that will continue to attract attention through camp season heading into his senior year.

Brinkman put up some of the best testing numbers at the event, running a 4.62x40, 4.39 in the pro shuttle, 9'3 in the broad at a size of 5110 167. Brinkman's athletic ability showed up in the indy drills as he displayed pocket mobility and ability to get the ball out on the run. His motion was more elongated than some, overall velocity was adequate, but put accuracy and touch on long throws.

[player_tooltip player_id='1683690' first='Archie' last='Goewey'] | Centralia | 2028

Goewey was the talented underclassman quarterback prospect of the combine. At 6006 196, Goewey ran 5.05x40, 4.75 pro shuttle, 8'9 broad, and moved around the field better than his tested times. His build is solid for his class and operated with notably good developing mechanics as he sprayed the football all over the field. He has a strong arm, the ball jumps out of his hand, his rotation and release looked easy. This young gunner is one to continue to watch closely, one of the top QBs in 2028.

[player_tooltip player_id='2176796' first='JP' last='Leonard'] | Rochester | 2027

Leonard had a solid day beginning with the testing period where he measured in at 5101 187, then ran 5.00x40, 4.45 pro shuttle, 9'0 broad. Leonard quarterbacked Rochester to the 4A state final last fall. He carries the ball high on the breast plate lending good ball security as he reads the field and dials up his delivery. He has a bit of a circular motion, baseball type mechanic, and when he flicks his wrist the ball travels. He's got an appropriate arc on many of his deep balls with solid accuracy and touch. He has good mobility out of the pocket and throws well on the run.

[player_tooltip player_id='1263174' first='Jax' last='Ohren'] | Highland | 2028

Ohren was another underclassman that put together a solid afternoon. He measured in at 6001 215 and recorded 4.59 in the pro shuttle and 8'3 on the broad after electing not to run the 40. Ohren was certainly the thrower that had the most build to his frame and that 4.59 showed up in the mobility drills during indy. This developing quarterback has a nice ball that will only continue to improve as he continues to grow and get stronger and more refined. His overall accuracy is what stood out the most.

[player_tooltip player_id='2176838' first='Aiden' last='Williams'] | Maroa-Forsyth | 2027

Williams was the most impressive with his overall talent throughout the course of the afternoon. Initially, on the hoof he garners attention with a long frame that measured 6020 181. Then in testing he ripped off the best combination of measurables at 4.67x40, 4.30 pro shuttle, and 9'10 broad jump. The lefty displayed significant natural arm talent. His rotation was short, release was snappy, ball came out with great velo. His delivery of the ball in all ranges hit targets with touch, accuracy, and a placement. He is very smooth in his mobility, twitchy in his upper and lower mechanics. Williams popped, and expectation is for him to have a strong ramp up to a senior season where he could put together something big. All the tools and intangibles seem to be there.

[player_tooltip player_id='1546830' first='Davin' last='Wooley'] | Carbondale | 2027

Wooley came through measuring at 5100 176 and running 4.93x40, 4.60 pro shuttle, 9'2 broad jump. Wooley may be average in overall stature but he can put some juice on the football and send it down the field with some tight spin. Throughout the throwing periods, everything about his operation was calm, controlled, smooth and sound. His overall field mobility and pocket agility was notable as well. Nothing seemed difficult, at no point did he appear to be straining, and put together a polished afternoon.
