Audric Estime Audric Estime 6'1" | RB St. Joe's Montvale | 2021 State NJ , St. Joseph (Mont.), Sr. – Estime, a Michigan State commit, ran for 176 yards and three scores as No. 5 St. Joseph nearly came back in a 24-21 loss to Bergen Catholic in a matchup that pitted two of the top teams in the state. Estime broke for an 80-yard scoring run and also found the end zone on runs of 1 and 11 yards. He showed why he continues to be one of the top players in the state. St. Joseph looks to rebound when it meets Seton Hall Prep on Oct. 10.
Charles DePrima Charles DePrima 6'2" | QB Ramapo | 2021 State NJ , Ramapo, Sr. – DePrima, a senior quarterback for No. 4 Ramapo, was a force on the ground in the team’s 41-6 victory over Pascack Valley on Friday, Oct. 2. He had a memorable performance with 174 rushing yards on eight carries, scoring twice on runs of 26 and 45 yards. He also threw for a pair of touchdowns. Richie Sica had a strong performance for Ramapo as well, running for 114 yards on 16 attempts with a score. Reid Duffus and Jack Remo had interceptions. Ramapo takes on River Dell Friday night.
Xavier Coleman Xavier Coleman 5'10" | RB Lenape | 2021 State NJ , Lenape, Sr. – Lenape, the third-ranked team in the state, has been unable to take the field yet due to COVID-19. The team looks to meet with Eastern Friday night. Coleman, a Boston College, will be a player to watch when Lenape does in fact return to action. He’s a home run threat out of the backfield, and he’s a receiving force as well.
Ryan Butler Ryan Butler 5'11" | 205 lbs | RB Bergen Catholic | 2022 State NJ , Bergen Catholic, Jr. – Butler was tremendous for No. 2 Bergen Catholic as it held off St. Joseph (Mont.) last weekend. He ran 22 times for 125 yards and a score, and he caught five balls for 117 yards and two scores. Bergen Catholic will play at Pope John Saturday afternoon.
Tahjamell Bullock, St. Peter’s Prep, Sr. Bullock was simply tremendous as top-ranked St. Peter’s Prep made an emphatic statement in its 62-21 victory over West Orange to open the season. The Virginia Tech commit accounted for six touchdowns, including five passing touchdowns. He went 13-for-14 for 213 yards in the air. The road won’t get easier for Bullock and St. Peter’s Prep as they take on Don Bosco Prep on Saturday.
