Centennial of Corona offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id="25163" first="Devin" last="Spencer"] announced his commitment to Penn over the weekend.
The 6-foot-3, 270-pound tackle had 11 offers prior to committing to the Ivy League school. He held offers from Brown, Bryant, Columbia, Dartmouth, Eastern Washington, Lake Erie College, Lehigh, Northern Arizona, San Diego and Valparaiso.
Spencer is the first offensive lineman in Penn’s 2021 recruiting class. He is the second player from California in the school’s recruiting class, joining St. Margaret’s defensive end [player_tooltip player_id="25180" first="Nick" last="Ostlund"].

<strong>Vista Murrieta TE adds Pac 12 offer</strong>
Class of 2022 tight end [player_tooltip player_id="25235" first="Jack" last="Pedersen"] was offered by Arizona over the weekend.
Pedersen is the top 2022 tight end in the state <a href="https://prepredzone.com/california/rankings/2022-rankings/">according to Prep Redzone.</a> He has a GPA of 4.0 and is 6-foot-4, 240 pounds and a threat as a blocker and receiver.
He holds 13 offers including 10 of the 12 schools in the Pac 12.

<strong>Freshman QB gets major offer</strong>
Class of 2024 quarterback Julian Sayin from Carlsbad High was offered by Florida State over the weekend.
Sayin is 6-foot-1, 185-pounds and is labeled a pro style quarterback by 247Sports. He has offers from Florida State and Florida Atlantic.
His older brother Aidan is the current starting quarterback at Carlsbad. He threw for 2,349 yards and 24 touchdowns for the Lancers last season. Aidan has offers from Cornell, Penn and San Diego.
<strong>Stanford offers 2022 QB</strong>
Rancho Verde of Moreno Valley quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="25232" first="AJ" last="Duffy"] added an offer from Stanford Thursday.
Duffy is ranked the second best 2022 quarterback in the state on<a href="https://prepredzone.com/california/rankings/2022-rankings/"> Prep Redzone.</a> He completed 71 percent of his passes for 2568 yards and 26 touchdowns for the Mustangs last season and the team only had one loss.
Duffy has 32 offers and recruiting experts predict Oregon as the heavy favorite to land the junior signal-caller.

<strong>An update on an Orange Lutheran DB</strong>
Noah Chase added a pair of Division 3 offers last week from North Park University and Rhodes College.
Chase had 49 tackles and four pass deflections for Orange Lutheran last season.
He holds many Division 3 offers. He is 5-foot-8, 180-pounds and plays in a very talented Lancers’ secondary.
