Travier Craddock, a quarterback for the Northfield Nighthawks who graduated in the spring, announced a late commitment to join the CSU-Pueblo football team in a social media post on July 8.

Craddock had mention previous recruitment and discussion with CSU-Pueblo to play at the next level, and recent considerations led him to make his commitment with the program during the summer period.
As the starting quarterback for the Nighthawks, Craddock led the offense in his nine starts for the team. The 6-foot, 170-pound quarterback completed 75 of 202 passes for 1,322 yards and 9 touchdowns while rushing for 207 yards and another score in his senior season as a dual threat. He was a bright spot despite the team’s 1-9 record and showed plenty of athleticism that was put to good use. That athleticism will made him a prospect at multiple positions for CSU-Pueblo, and he shared that he will play defensive back at the next level. Craddock also shined on the basketball court averaging 9.6 points per game to help the Nighthawks reach the Final Four of the Class 4A state basketball tournament before it was stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As for the CSU-Pueblo program, it announced signing a class of 35 athletes back in February, including 26 from the state of Colorado. The Thunderwolves finished the 2019 season with an 11-2 record and reached the NCAA Division II playoffs.
