Expert Analysis
Mike Bey | Prep Redzone Scout
Zebulin’s great play in 2022 helped the Toronto Red Knights to a 6-win season where they averaged 30.4 points per game. He does a good job of finding the open receiver before exhibiting good arm strength as he passes the ball 50 yards with ease. He passes the ball with very good accuracy delivering the ball to his man on the correct shoulder giving the receiver an opportunity to maximize YAC. He displays great athleticism as well as mental toughness as he lowers his shoulder running over a DB or LB before picking up a first down with ease.

walked out of the camp with his first collegiate offer, and it’s a good one, as the Big12 competitor is a fun place to play QB with a cemented coaching staff and culture in a town that loves them some football. Kinsey is already a 2023 summer camp szn grinder, as the OKState camp followed stops at UConn and West Virginia camps in late May as well as an unofficial visit to Boston College on the 31st, with the hard work and travel schedule culminating in an offer from the Cowboys on June 4th. Yet another 2025 stock-riser from the Great State of Ohio, Kinsey is a dual-sport standout with a strong baseball background, and brings that arm strength to the gridiron, where he also displays a strong arm that can stretch the field or generate velocity on shorter passes, touch, the ability to accurately complete throws off platform, and timing, as well as a ton of juice as a runner and maneuverability and escapability around the pocket. With camps visits still planned to Ohio State, Akron, and Miami (OH) this month, Kinsey is a name to watch when following stock risers whose offer lists have the potential to grow.

Starting off with the signal callers in Jefferson County and you won’t find many 2025 QBs in the state of Ohio with a higher upside than Toronto’s

. Kinsey is already a physical specimen standing at 6’3 and a strong 215 pounds and only a rising junior. Oftentimes quarterbacks get a bad rap as not being tough but you’ll have no issues with that with Kinsey as he’s also a starting linebacker for his Red Knights squad and is often tasked with running the ball on designed QB runs. With his size, he’s capable of absorbing many hits during games and is often a load for opposing defenders to bring down. Kinsey has plenty of athleticism to go with his size and also a strong arm to make all of the throws. He’s still a bit raw in the passing game but with all of the natural tools he has, we expect him to fine-tune that part of his game in his next two years of high school and reach another level.
With continued development there’s no doubt

has D1 potential and possibly even P5. It will be very exciting to watch how the 2025 QB develops over his next two years. He is also a standout baseball player that could reach the Division 1 level in that sport as well if he chose to.
