Zack, a 5’10 185lb 2025 grad from Johnson Central High School had an excellent offensive performance during the 2022 season. In 13 games, he recorded 189 carries for 1,721 rushing yards and 30 total touchdowns (9.1 rushing yards per carry). Zack possesses both incredible skill and superior athleticism every time he runs with the football. Like a QB, Zack can analyze the gaps in the defense before the ball is snapped and change the intended running route. This is so he can capitalize on maximizing the number of yards he earns per carry. Furthermore, Zack’s strength running the ball is top-tier compared to most running backs in the Bluegrass State. McCoart can break off multiple tackles with ease while not losing top speed on the run. Zack is also an amazing receiver since he can create spacing in the secondary through his agility and sharp jabs. I will also mention he utilizes all these skills as the team’s primary punt returner and has found lots of success there. As of now, there has been no announcement regarding recruiting interest for Zack however I believe this will not be the case for much longer.

He has also proven to have special teams value, returning one punt for a touchdown this past season.
