Welsch has broken many of the passing records for the Bath football program. Watching him operate last night it was easy to see why. Welsch is the perfect blend of accuracy, decision making, and getting the ball out quickly to make the Wildcats Air Raid offense go. He does a great job of spreading the ball around. Zach has the athleticism and pocket awareness to avoid the rush. He can make yards on the ground when they’re there.
