I got to scout Xavier twice this season, and feel very confident that he will be a big-time player in 2026. A true dual-threat QB with wheels and a big arm, Xavier can hurt defenses in a variety of ways. A good portion of his highlights from 2025 show great arm strength as he pushes the ball downfield with ease. He also has great vision and thrives when rolling out and breaking contain. When he starts up field, he is incredibly hard to bring down. Xavier is a gamer with big-time upside that should draw eyes in 2026.
