Wyatt has similar measurables at 6’2″,175 pounds, and flashed tons of upside playing on either side of the ball. Defensively, Wyatt is a rangy safety whose speedy closing speed sends him firing downhill, where he is more than willing to step up and take on RBs in the box. He is a secure tackler who can use his size and power to drop opponents on initial contact. Secord also showed great coverage skills as he can lurk in his zone assignments, reading the QB’s eyes before breaking on the ball and making a play on the pass. Offensively, Wyatt’s size and route running allow him to line up anywhere along the line of scrimmage to take advantage of size mismatches. Great catch radius with strong hands.
