Expert Analysis

Wyatt was excellent every time I saw him. I got to see him a few times and every time, I noticed something about his game I hadn’t before, but really liked. Wyatt definitely has a big arm and specializes in the deep ball, and he was really fun to watch as he would drop the ball in the bucket from 30+ yards out regularly. I think as he continues to hone his craft on short and intermediate throws, and continues to work on going through progressions, he is going to flourish. College coaching will really set him up for even more success, and I am excited to see where he takes it!

Corunna has had an unbelievable season, and nobody has been bigger for them than Wyatt. He has a huge arm, stands tall in the pocket, and delivers extremely accurate balls. Whether it’s a short route or a deep ball, he delivers strikes. He’s also very mobile and runs hard to get all the yardage he can. SVSU is getting a good one with this guy.

The other half of the Bower connection, this kid can absolutely sling it. Wyatt knows when to force it, when to tuck it and run, and has great awareness. He possesses a big arm and can throw absolute darts. He has been absolutely dominant so far this year, and Friday was just another showcase of that talent. From pocket presence and manipulation, to his big but accurate arm, he’s really the total package at the QB position.

Wyatt and his Corunna team burst on the scene in a big way last season. After making the move to QB, Wyatt had an incredible leap in production, leading his team to their best season since 2016. He has all the tools to be successful, and after a full offseason of attending camps and showcases, I think he’s going to show another huge step. Bower has no problem tucking it and running, and is extremely dangerous in the open field. A strong arm and his accuracy make him a true dual threat QB fit to run a system efficiently and to its full potential. He should be a hot commodity in the recruiting process, and I look forward to catching him in action this fall.
