Expert Analysis
Oliver West | Prep Redzone Scout
Rosemount’s standout 8-2 season in 2025 didn’t come without depth, toughness, and some excellent play in the trenches and at the point of attack. The Irish were led by a tenacious defensive tackle that spearheaded and set the tone for Rosemount’s suffocating defense in 2025, and 6’1, 260 lber. Alexander is maybe the #1 most regrettable rankings miss from the recent 2027 update. With good reported size at a premium position on the gridiron’s recruiting trail, 260 lber. Alexander reports a 315 bench and 3.7 GPA and is a bull in the middle who can move OL backward and out of the gap when he locks out and extends his arms, disrupting run schemes and plays before they can develop. He operates as a true NG head-up on the OC and is a brute at the point of attack, chucking OL aside with dominant physicality and strength. Plus, he demonstrates noticeable play speed and a nonstop motor from the interior that shows up impressively on tape. He has a great base through contact, keeps his hands active, and is strong when shedding blocks from the interior, plus, the noticeably active motor really impressed PRZMN from the junior highlights. DIIIs, NAIAs, and DIIs, get this kid on your recruiting and camp boards soon! And, Wyatt, hope to see you at April 18th’s PRZMN Spring Exposure Showcase in Plymouth!
