A strong athlete who made some plays with his arms and legs last season, Watkins will have a big opportunity to catch passes instead of throwing them this fall as a senior. A quick, shifty athlete who can still play some quarterback if they need him to, Watkins quickness and natural athleticism should translate well to the receiver position in 2026. He plays fast, he’s mobile, and could be a major weapon for South Forsyth’s new passer next season. Watkins has the potential to be one of the biggest playmakers in the region this fall if he continues to work hard this summer. He’ll be added to the new rankings update this summer and could end his final season in a big, big way this fall.
