Throughout the night senior WR/DB and Jamestown commit Will Hopper Will Hopper 5'9" | 145 lbs | WR/DB D.C. Everest | 2027 State WI flashed his next level traits that earned him multiple offers. He had the best acceleration on the entire field and pairing that with his top end speed made him a nightmare to try and contain. That was proven on his long TD where he turned a pass at the LOS into a long TD. Then on defense that same superior athletic tools flashed as he was all over the field making tackles, including behind the line of scrimmage. This is a kid that is a natural playmaker and always around the ball or creating highlights in the moments he was able to touch the football.

Those great numbers are verified on his junior CB tape. The 2027 CB brings speed to the outside that allows him to take WRs 1 on 1 and provide tight coverage all over the field. On top of the athleticism, Will also did a great job of attacking the ball at high points and breaking up passes. The ’27 CB has tape showing he can play press at the line or play off coverage and still be able to quickly turn and run with WRs without giving up much ground.
