West Point bound Victor McNeal is a burner/deep threat for the Huskies offensively. Catching everything in sight, he has good hands and breakaway speed that lead to 9 total touchdowns as a junior.
Defensively he is good defensive back notching 4 interceptions last fall. It will be fun to watch him play at Army and curious to see what side of the ball Coach Monken lines him up on.

McNeal will follow another top Virginia star Cameron Binkowski Cameron Binkowski 6'1" | 225 lbs | DL Battlefield | 2025 State VA and enroll with Army next fall. A dynamic weapon who is poised for a monster senior season, it should be fun to watch this young man returning punts and kickoffs for the Black Knights.

One hell of a worker/camper. This young man gets out what he puts in, his circle has him working hard on and off the field. The frequent camping and exposure is great, but Victor McNeal boasts tape worthy of ranking beside some of the best among Virginia’s class of 2025. A Top 20 two-way player in his class, McNeal III will show up as one of the higher-rated prospects in attendance, yet from what I’ve heard about the young man, he’s going to work as if he’s ranked last on our lists. Recieved an offer recently (March, 15th) from Howard University.

Victor is a DB and WR prospect who has good height and solid size and has very good athletic ability with fluid hips, very good change of direction, and foot quickness. His film shows his competitive toughness in his blocking at WR and his willingness to tackle as a DB. He has good processing in coverage, knowing how to cover in Zone and keeping his head on a swivel to read the QB and WR. He finished 2023 with 29 Rec for 503 yards and 7 TD receptions while adding 2 rushing TDs. On defense, he had 43 TKL, 3 TFL, 4 INT, 9 PBU, and 1 QB Pressure. Expect Victor to be a big part of Flint Hill’s team next year.
