Tyson Wallace Tyson Wallace 6'3" | 240 lbs | DL Lackey | 2027 State MD is a defensive lineman with a natural ability to locate and pursue the football at the line of scrimmage. Wallace excels at creating separation from blockers, holding them at bay while maintaining clear vision of the backfield.

Wallace establishes leverage quickly and uses his hand strength to control engagements, consistently setting himself up to shed blocks and make plays. Once he locates the ball, his pursuit is immediate and efficient.

Wallace’s ability to combine technique, strength, and awareness has already begun to attract college attention. He landed his first Division I offer this past July from Old Dominion University, and with continued development, more programs are likely to follow.

Tyson is an impressive DL prospect for the future. Coming in as the #64 overall player and the #11 DL prospect in a loaded DL group.

Possessing nice size a 6’3+” 240 and nice overall athleticism, he can play DE in an odd front or slide inside as a rush IDL in a 4-3 defense. Tyson shows a quick first step and good burst off the snap. Good wiggle in his hips, he is able to get skinny and scrape through OL to get into the backfield. Tyson also shows good strength/leverage, able to shed blockers and hold the edge. A high motor player and a strong tackler, Tyson gets to the ballcarrier and takes them down consistently. Don’t be surprised if Tyson has some strong showings at camps this summer and gets himself plenty of early interest from D1 programs.
