West Memphis linebacker Tyree Vaughn brings solid speed and athleticism to the position. Vaughn’s read and react ability is impressive, attacking the LOS or dropping in coverage quickly. He attacks downhill with good angles, staying square to shed blocks, displaying good open field tackling ability. Vaughn demonstrates a good motor with physicality.

was the most consistent from start to finish. Vaughn started off the day by grabbing our attention during the testing portion of the camp. Vaughn would then move on and perform really well in indy and then into the one on one competition. Like some of the other position groups, it’s sometimes hard to stand out at linebacker in a camp without the pads on. But Vaughn showed good covering skills and quick feet throughout the camp. And Vaughn is built physically so we can only imagine how he uses that size and quickness to lay the hammer with the pads on.
