Blackwell-Williams out of Nyack is one of my favorite QB prospects in Section 1 and he showcases solid dual-threat ability and some throws on film that showcase arm talent that can play at the next level. Blackwell-Williams formerly of Paramus Catholic had a strong season for Nyack and throws a really nice deep ball on tape. Blackwell-Williams has good touch pushing the ball down the field and does a good job of resetting his feet and making throws under duress.

Formerly at Paramus Catholic – Blackwell-Williams has really solid Junior tape at Nyack. A QB who can throw on the run that has tape showcasing a ton of quality level 3 balls.
More efficiency as a passer and a bigger impact in the TD/INT ratio part of his game would make him one of the better D3 prospects this fall.
